- Southern Idaho is not pretty
- Reza will always beat me out of the water. I've accepted this as an unalterable fact of the universe
- People who put their sprinklers on the road and sit on their lawn chairs to watch a race go by are awesome
- Bumping your head into the river bank is not a good way to stay in the current
- Natalie is tough
- Old pop-up trailers are embarrassing to setup when you are around people in tents but make up for that in comfort level
- It costs way to much in gas to get to Burley, Idaho
- The grilled chicken go-wrap from Wendys is a severely lacking post-race meal
- In-laws that will watch your kids while you go play are one of the nicest luxuries around
- Friends that are willing to: fly to Utah from Ohio; drive through not-so-pretty southern Idaho; spend too much money on gas to get to Burley, Idaho; be embarrassed to setup an old pop-up trailer next to tent-campers; and get raked over the coals to try and get their bike back to Ohio just to do a race with you are very nice to have.

So who sponsored your race? Wendy's crappy-wraps? Oh well, throw that in the back of the car too...
I think you should send that idea into Wendy's. "The Summer Olympics, brought to you by Wendy's Crapy Wraps." It just works.
You were in Burley? My husband's grandparents (and a million other relatives) live in Burley.
