My Kid has Been Brainwashed
Lizzie has developed a sudden intense fear of bees. We have been trying to convince Addie to help her be brave which is hard because Addie started this fear of bees. We were outside yesterday and Lizzie started crying and yelling, "bee, bee." Nick told Addie to run down and help her to be brave. Addie ran down to Lizzie and said, "Lizzie, Livestrong, Livestrong."
Wow. I don't know where she comes from.

Why?
Addie has always put everything in her mouth (my sister's ring for instance). I thought it would end when she was done crawling. Nope. Maybe after being a toddler? Nope. In fact she still chews on most things, but we have a new development. She has moved up... to her nose. Why is it a good idea to put skittles in the nose? Why is it a good idea to stick lots and lots of tiny pieces of toilet paper in there? Why would you try to see if pop beads fit? I don't understand and am at a loss at how to make it stop.

Why I will be doing my grocery shopping at 6:30 A.M.
1. I look like a child abuser as I try to bend Lizzie's legs to get her in the cart and strap her down.
2. Lizzie then cries about being strapped in the majority of the trip
3. I end up behind the lady who knows the cashier and is price matching everything in her cart and takes 20 minutes to get through the line.
4. My children have escaped by this point and Lizzie is screaming and twisting in my arms and Addie is being "helpful"
5. Steering the cart with a screaming Lizzie in one hand and Addie hanging on the side of the other is almost impossible
6. Addie meltdowns at the car because she wants to get in a funny way
7. The car is dead when I try to leave because Addie turned the light on earlier.
8. I carry the kids home with Addie screaming the whole way in the rain.
